Amazing beyond our expectations. Project Specialist, Kim was very professional, great follow through and knowledgeable. He took his time to thoroughly explain the new roof installation process and proposal.  The on-site project manager, Will kept us updated throughout the project and his crew were punctual and finished on time. Great clean up after job completion. Dave with WPR replaced the roof on our sunroom as well as siding and trim on the front of our house. His crew arrived on time, were professional & cleaned up after they finished. I had the pleasure of working with the owner David of William Penn Roofing. He was very helpful with making all of the tough choices with having so many options. The work was completed on time, even in the bad weather. They were very thorough in their cleanup as well. I would highly recommend them for any of your roofing or siding needs! We recently had William Penn Roofing replace our roof and they did an incredible job from top to bottom. The representative, Kim, did a great job of getting our quote and presenting options to us. David La Salle’s initial inspection of the failing roof was thorough and quickly followed by a quote. Really great experience the whole way through with this company. They are excellent with communication, returning calls/emails. Ashley got everything all setup. On the first visit, Kim was very thorough, explaining the whole process, and he had everything with him to be able to show us what we'd be buying (gutter size options, roof colors, and the vents). There was even a folder he left with me with literature and samples I could share with my husband. When the roofers came out they were polite, tidyand did an excellent job with cleanup. It's been 10 days and we have not found a single piece of roofing remnants. The gutters were installed the following day, we opted for 6 inch gutters and downspouts with the gutter guards and couldn't be happier. Again, very professional team and impeccable cleanup.
