TPO or better known as thermoplastic polyolefin roof is a single ply membrane with reinforcing and polymer fillers used on a flat roof.

As the name implies, single-ply membranes are called such because roofers only need to apply one layer of material to completely cover and seal the surface.

These roofing systems are environmentally friendly! They also resist chemical and ultraviolet exposure. A TPO roof can last anywhere between 15 to 30 years.

EPDM is an extremely durable synthetic rubber roofing membrane widely used in low-slope building. They have a life expectancy of about 50 years. 

EPDM is also flexible and has a high resistance to UV rays. This increases its lifespan by allowing it to stay supple and strong even in hot, cold, damp, or dry weather conditions.

This roofing system is available in both black and white, and is sold a broad variety of widths.

Mod-bit roof stands for modified-bitumen roofing, which is a hybrid system derived from traditional built-up roofing methods combined with modern roofing technology
