We had a small leak in our roof that was leaking into our bedroom. I called several companies, all of which came out and told us we needed a new roof. One of those companies came out and charged me 600 dollars to put a tarp on the roof that blew off in the first storm. A friend recommended that I get another opinion from William Penn Roofing and I’m so glad that I did. The owner of the company, Dave, came out personally and told us we did not need a new roof yet and that he could repair it for a very reasonable price. That night when he came out, he took the time to cover the damaged area up with the tarp the previous company had left with me. A week later he came back and repaired our roof. We have been dry ever since and when the time comes for a new roof, Dave will be getting the call.

Our snow and ice events over the last two weeks caused ice damming in my gutters, one of which pulled away from the house and was in danger of collapse. David and his partner made it to my house within just a few hours. They cleared the ice dams and reattached the gutter. It will need to be replaced in the spring, but at least the gutter will make it until then without me having to worry about a collapse or water leaking in. Pricing was reasonable, and David, his partner and the office staff were professional, friendly and helpful. I recommend giving them a call if you need help!"

01. Get Your Estimate

Give us a call. Our office staff is standing by with the best customer service in our industry to schedule your on-site estimate. After thoroughly investigating the project and assessing your needs, we provide you with a digital estimate of your project that goes right to your email.

02. Sign with Us

Your proposal is tailored to your needs and you can sign on the spot to get your project started immediately. We make contracts quick and easy! Once the proposal is signed, prepare your deposit and send it to us. You can find your deposit amount in the payment schedule of your proposal.

03. Review Project Details

We will contact you to confirm your project details regarding material/color selections, the deposit received, and any questions you may have.

Once your deposit is received and your selections are finalized we will then place the necessary orders with our suppliers.

04. Schedule Project

We will schedule your project start date, along with material & dumpster drop-offs once all materials are in stock and ready for delivery. Our project schedules are dictated by the availability of materials and the weather.

05. Start Installation

A confirmation email is sent to our customers letting them know their scheduled date along with important information for customers to prepare for their installation.

Your project specialist will arrive early on the morning of your project and oversee your project throughout the process

06. Project Completion

Your project manager reviews the final work with you, and our team cleans up the property. Final payments are dictated by your contract’s payment schedule. Shortly after, we register your product warranty and your Workmanship Warranty.
